Dusty, un gatto che abita nella cittadina di San Mateo in California, è stato soprannominato klepto cat, il gatto cleptomane. E del tutto motivatamente.
Il felino infatti è un ladro patentato e recidivo che in circa tre anni ha sottratto più di 600 oggetti ai vicini di casa dei suoi padroni.

Dicono che l'addomesticamento con i gatti sia difficile. Non è vero. Il mio mi ha addomesticato in un paio di giorni

mi ricorda il gatto che aveva una mia amicaanche lui cleptomane, andava sul balcone della vicina e rubava le cose appese allo stendino
