Oltre a carne, pollo, salsicce?
Beh, fette di melanzane, zucchine, pomodori, peperoni e poi il formaggio da fare alla piastra, tipo lo schiz, penso si possa fare anche la scamorza.

solo che abbiamo optato per la grigliata per via che siamo quasi 50 persone....e ci sembra di lavorar meno con la carne,altrimenti non saprei quante bruschette dovremmo fare?
