Ricette col cavolo
Qualcuno sa come cucinare il cavolo (bianco) oltre che aggiungendolo alla minestra di verdura? l'abbiamo scoperto (vabè, a me piaceva già prima...più che altro l'ha scoperto mio marito, a cui la verdura non è che faccia prroprio impazzire...) da pochissimo e ci piace molto, ma visto che uno intero è tanto per metterlo solo nelle minestre volevamo sapere come cucinare il resto...grazie a tutti!

Puoi farlo ad insalata, lo lessi e lo condisci con olio, limone e olive nere, oppure appena lessato lo ripassi in padella con olio aglio e peperoncino.
Puoi farlo anche pastellato e fritto.

Se cerchi in rete ci sono diverse varianti in cui si possono sostituire gli ingredienti introvabili per noi qui.Magari non verrà 100% japan, ma insomma...

A me piace anche crudo, tagliato a strisicoline sottili e condito con olio, sale e pepe.

Scusate ma si fa confusione una cosa è la verza ,una cosa è il cavolo bianco, il cavolo bianco è quello che ha i fiorellini come i broccoli per intenderci.

Sui crauti non ti so dire, li ho mangiati pronti ma so che si devono far fermentare ed è una cosa di cui non mi fido...
La verza sofegada si fa tagliando la verza sottile e facendola saltare in padella con olio, cipolla, aglio e pezzettini di pancetta; in alternativa, invece della pancetta, aggiungi a fine cottura delle fette di cotechino lasciandole solo un po' ad insaporire.
Non è propriamente un piatto dietetico
