Siamo al secondo capitolo della saga GAS.

No, perchè? Li usi nelle minestre di verdura, oppure nei risotti; il gusto è quello della cipolla ma più dolce. Nei risotti di pesce, oppure nella zuppa di pesce sono ottimi.

Porri! Buoni, no?
Anche gratinati (di solito è meglio scottali, prima, in acqua bollente salata, poi tagliarli a metà e disporli su una teglia bassa unta d'olio o burro per ripassarli al forno, ma ci sono vari modi: con semplice pangrattato, olio, sale, pepe prezzemolo, o con besciamella e scaglie di grana...). A me piacciono.
Mi dirai che se è solo uno non vale la pena... o ci fai una frittatina, o un condimento per pasta con pancetta o prosciutto e parmiggiano... o tutto quello che faresti con una cipolletta fresca e dolce.

No, i porri sono anche abbastanza grossi e più cilindrici, non si distingue bene il bulbo alla base.

La frittata è ottima, più delicata che con la cipolla.
Buono è anche il condimento per la pasta, con cipollotti saltati, un po' di panna e salsiccia. Però non è molto dietetico
