Per la frittura di pesce non devi fare pastella, devi solo infarinare e buttare nell'olio caldissimo, per il fritto in genere io faccio pastella uovo e farina, se non si vuole troppo pesante anche un po' di latte,lascia il pollo, il coniglio o quant'altro un po' dentro la pastella, uso olio di semi abbondante nella padella antiaderente, poi il tutto nell'olio caldo...per le bracioline fritte è un'altra storia....

So che al posto del latte si può mettere un pò di birra e dovrebbe venire speciale....

Sì in effetti per la frittura di pesce m'hanno consigliato solo la farina.

Meglio berla, visto i risultati della pastella...Sì in effetti per la frittura di pesce m'hanno consigliato solo la farina.
