Anche a me succede ma credo sia firefox, ho aggiornato al 3.6 ma è la prima versione, anche con il 3.5.1 mi era successa, poi lo migliorano.

Nel senso che la ricarichi nel tuo browser. Su firefox è il comando che si chiama ricarica, su explorere - mi pare - "aggiorna", appunto

Comunque di solito è nei pressi del comando che si usa per tornare indietro di una pagina il quale a sua volta di solito è in alto a sinistra. A volte è comodo ricaricare le pagine perchè vedi gli aggiornamenti, per dire sulla finestra delle discussioni vedi se è stato scritto qualche nuovo messaggio
