Prima copi l'indirizzo che vuoi linkare, poi selezioni il testo che vuoi tasformare in link, quindi clicchi sull'icona link, quella col mondo e incolli l'indirizzo.

è come ti ha detto Robi
Se non vuoi mostrare direttamente il percorso del link, ma "nasconderlo" dentro a una parola, prima di tutto ti copi il link come al solito.
Poi scrivi il tuo messaggio nel forum.
Con il mouse evidenzi la parola in cui vuoi nascondere il link, poi guardi nei disegnini che ci sono sopra la finestra dove stai scrivendo il messaggio: c'è un mappamondino con una specie di 8 rovesciato.
Clicchi sull'icona e si apre una finestrina dove puoi incollare il tuo link.
Fai un controllino con "anteprima messaggio" e hai finito.
