Da ieri dopo aver scambiato un'amicizia con una nuova utente, tra le notifiche mi appare un messaggio privato che una volta aperto, altro non è che il profilo di questa nuova utente. Non essendo un vero PM, non posso ovviamente caccellarlo e questo continua ad apparirmi come messaggio privato ancora non lettoCosa devo fare per eliminarlo?Grazie

Guarda Luna io non so come si fa a mettere una foto della sachermata.So solo che sotto il benvenuto Perla, alla voce notifiche, dice che c'è un messaggio privato non letto, quando vado a leggerlo, mi appare il messaggio mandatomi da questa nuova utente con cui volevamo condividere l'amicizia, che altro non è che la pagina del suo profilo.Non solo non posso cancellarlo perchè non è un messaggio, ma continua a comparirmi come non letto tra le notifiche.Se posso ti dico il nome dell'utente.

Sì, il nome dell'utente puoi dirlo, se non è un problema per voi. Tanto le amicizie si vedono nei profili, non è una cosa privata.
L'unica cosa che al momento mi viene in mente è che tu non abbia accettato l'amicizia e che quindi tu abbia ancora la richiesta pendente.
Sicura di averla accettata, l'utente che te l'ha richiesta compare tra i tuoi amici ora?

L'utente è Toffee Supercat, sono io che ho fatto la richiesta di amicizia, lei compare tra i miei amici. Credo che non essendo pratica del forum nell'accettare l'amicizia abbia involontariamente commesso qualche errore, perchè mi è arrivato un suo PM,nel quale compare, non un messaggio, ma la pagina del suo profilo.

La richiesta di amicizia l'ho fatta io, sono sicura che lei nell'accettarla deve, senza volerlo aver commesso un errore, perchè mi è arrivato questo suo messaggio privato e anche l'amicizia accettata, purtrobbo debbo lasciarvi, mi dispiace grazie, vi farò sapere se sono riuscita in qualche modo a risolvere il problema

Casomai prova a chiudere e riaprire il browser. Se il problema persiste ti dirò come svuotare la cache di Internet Explorer o Mozilla Firefox, dipende quale utilizzi.
